It has been a couple years I last photographed a wedding at the fabulous Prestonfield House Hotel but towards the end of 2018 I was booked by Fiona and Alan to photograph their wedding there and even though it was quite a short wedding it was a lot of fun. Prestonfield is one of those venues that consistently makes me go “wow, that’s so beautiful” and the staff are fantastic there but most important the venue is absolutely beautiful.

Fiona hired me to take photos at Prestonfield of their wedding ceremony, a few preparation photos before then some group photos, photos of the two of them around the gardens then a big break followed by photos at the Dalriada in Portobello. I’ve only visited the Dalriada for casual drinks during the summer but it’s another great venue with a really great atmosphere and of course it’s right on Portobello beach.

But for today’s wedding, I’ll let the photos speak for themselves. Fiona and Alan were brilliant to work with, everyone was really nice that I spoke to, the venue looked awesome and the whole was great.
