City Chambers Botanic Gardens Wedding. My last wedding of 2018 took place at City Chambers on the 1st December and it was a typically short registry office type of wedding but thanks to the wedding party was a lot of fun. Olivia booked me for her wedding and during the booking process we talked about opportunities for photos and quickly decided that it would be great to get some photos of them at the Royal Botanic Gardens in the evening.
In fact, the whole day (at least for me looked like this). Wedding at City Chambers, lunch at Burgers and Beers, bus trip to the Botanics then a lap in the evening with lots of photo opportunities. I sadly had to skip Burgers and Beers, which I visited earlier in the year to take photos of their menu, as my daughter had a Christmas Fair thing going on at her school and I wanted to be part of it with her. So I photographed the ceremony and we did some group photos outside in the courtyard straight afterwards. Then we headed over towards St Giles cathedral, took a load of photos in the surrounding area then I left for a few hours.
Later on I met Olivia and Nick outside the Botanic Gardens with my daughter and they were kind enough to provide tickets for both of us. I took Amelia as Liv was super busy with work and Amelia will just run around and enjoy herself so all in all we had a lot of fun touring the gardens at night. The whole wedding was a lot of fun, Olivia and Nick were fantastic to work with and this was a great wedding to finish my year with.
